3. Wholesale Shipping Rates & Free Freight Tiers

Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment weight, volume, and destination:

  • Free UAE Shipping: All wholesale orders of AED 3,500 or more qualify for 100% free delivery across all seven Emirates.
  • Standard UAE Orders (Under AED 3,500): Flat-rate commercial courier fee of AED 45 per master consignment.
  • Pallet Shipments: Dedicated tail-lift truck delivery arranged with scheduled loading dock time slots.

5. Order Tracking & Proof of Delivery (POD)

6. Direct Warehouse Pickup (Dubai Logistics City)

Registered B2B clients and designated freight forwarders may arrange direct collection from our central Dubai warehouse. Collections must be scheduled at least 4 hours in advance following payment clearance.
