1. Ordering, MOQs & Price Tiers
Our minimum opening order is AED 2,500 across mixed brand SKUs. Reorders have a lower threshold of AED 1,500. Certain viral hero SKUs (like Biodance Hydrogel Masks) are supplied in master carton multiples (typically 24 to 48 units) to preserve factory tamper seals.
Yes, absolutely. You can freely combine products from any of our 23 official brand partners (e.g. COSRX, Anua, Beauty of Joseon, Medicube, VT Cosmetics) within a single purchase order to meet the order threshold.
We offer scalable wholesale price tiers based on order volume: Tier 1 (Carton level), Tier 2 (Multi-carton volume), and Tier 3 (Master pallet / regional export). Contact your account manager for custom volume contract pricing.
Formal proforma quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to stock allocation.
2. Authenticity & MoIAT Regulatory Compliance
Every unit distributed by Pink Opal is procured directly from authorized manufacturer headquarters in South Korea with official Certificates of Analysis (COAs), factory batch verification numbers, and tamper-evident security packaging.
Yes. 100% of our active catalog is fully compliant with UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) standards and holds official Dubai Municipality Montaji safety assessment registrations, including bilingual Arabic labeling.
Yes. We provide complete regulatory documentation packs — including MoIAT ECAS certificates, Montaji approval letters, COAs, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) — for hospital pharmacies and aesthetic clinic licensing.
3. Payment, Settlement & Commercial Credit
We accept Corporate Bank Wire Transfers, direct UAE bank deposits, and major corporate credit cards. All payments are settled in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Yes. Following 3 successful initial orders and formal financial review, we can extend 30-day net commercial credit terms backed by corporate trade guarantees.
All quotes are provided Ex-VAT. A standard 5% UAE VAT is itemized separately on all official Federal Tax Authority (FTA) tax invoices.
4. Shipping, Cold-Chain Logistics & GCC Export
Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM GST are dispatched on the same business day. Delivery is fulfilled within 24 hours for Dubai and Sharjah, and 24–48 hours for all other Emirates.
We maintain continuous 18°C–22°C cold-chain warehousing and refrigerated transport in Dubai Logistics City, safeguarding sensitive active ingredients (Retinal, Vitamin C, Ferments) from desert ambient heat.
All wholesale orders of AED 3,500 or more qualify for free delivery across the UAE. Orders below AED 3,500 carry a flat commercial delivery fee of AED 45.
Yes. We provide comprehensive GCC cross-border freight services with full export documentation, SASO/GSO conformity certificates, and chamber of commerce attestations.
